Who I am
I'm a quantity surveyor by profession and training. I spent over a decade stewarding commercial risk on infrastructure that powers a country, where a missed clause, a delayed decision, or an unchecked assumption costs real money
Since then, I have built and operated four businesses. I took a distressed property and turned it into a 20 bed, NSFAS-accredited, audit-ready residence. I built a high-end guesthouse from the ground up, tracking and managing every cost. I have led residence renovations and workshop construction advisory for my clients.
Founders started calling me before the funding signature, not for a bill of quantities this time. That's when I realised business performance is an inside-out job.
